You have two choices.

If you're a beginner or a little uncomfortable with technology, we recommend booking an orientation during our staffed hours so one of our team can show you how everything works.

If you've had previous experience with Reformer Pilates and you're comfortable with basic technology, you can simply book in and get started.

When you purchase a trial, we'll send you a video explaining how everything works. We also have simple 'Before Session' and 'After Session' checklists on every reformer to make your experience as easy as possible.

Yes. Our studio is staffed during the following times:

Tuesday & Thursday: 4:00pm to 6:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 10:00am

During these times, our team is available if you need support or would like to complete an orientation with a staff member.

Outside of these hours, you can access the studio and enjoy your Pilates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Choose from more than 1,000 guided Pilates classes on your own KioskPro touchscreen. Simply choose your class, connect your headphones and follow the instructor on screen at your own pace.

Each reformer has its own screen, giving you your own private Pilates experience, whenever it suits you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When you sign up, you'll get access to our front door entry app, which gives you 24/7 access to the studio at the tap of a button.

Simply open the app when you arrive, tap to unlock the door and you're in.

All classes are booked through the Pilates Heaven 24/7 app. Simply open the app, choose the day and time you'd like to train and book your session.

Once booked, just arrive at the studio and you're ready to go.

Each class is fully guided through your KioskPro screen, with clear instructions throughout your workout.

If you'd prefer some extra help, you can visit during our staffed hours and one of our team members will be available to assist you.

Yes, however we recommend speaking with your doctor or healthcare professional before participating in Reformer Pilates while pregnant.

We have classes suitable for pregnancy, with modifications and instructions provided throughout the workout.

If you're unsure whether Reformer Pilates is suitable for you, we recommend getting professional advice before booking your first session.

Our studio is professionally cleaned regularly to keep our reformers, equipment and studio clean and hygienic.

Each member is required at the end of their class to wipe down everything they have used with antibacterial wipes provided in the studio.

We ask everyone to leave their space clean and ready for the next person.

Your safety is important to us. Our studio has 24/7 security cameras and security lighting for added peace of mind.

Our car park is directly in front of the studio entrance, so you don't have far to walk when arriving or leaving.

Our team's contact phone numbers are also clearly displayed inside the studio if you ever need assistance.

As with any 24/7 facility, we recommend being aware of your surroundings when entering and leaving after dark.

Yes. We have toilets, showers and change rooms available for you to use before or after your Pilates session.

Our Foundation Memberships have a two week cancellation notice.

Absolutely. Your orientation with a staff member will help you feel confident and comfortable using the reformer before you begin. We have classes specifically designed for beginners, and Pilates Heaven 24/7 is a calm, judgement-free studio suitable for all fitness levels.

No, we don't have a creche and kids aren't allowed inside our gym. It's about safety, and it also helps us maintain a calm, focused and consistent training environment for everyone here.

Yes, we have lots of easy, free, all day parking.

Yes, all members must be 18 years and older.

You can attend the studio once per day.

You book a 60-minute time slot, but it's completely up to you how long you train. You can choose a quick 10-minute class, complete a full 60-minute class or combine multiple shorter classes within your booked hour.

Yes. All studio visits must be booked through the Pilates Heaven 24/7 app. Bookings are available every hour, on the hour.

That's completely fine. It's up to you how you use your booked hour. Simply arrive and leave whenever it suits you within your booking time.

We simply ask that you use common sense and respect other members' bookings. If another reformer is available, you're welcome to start early or stay a little longer. We want our studio to work around your schedule, not the other way around.
